It all started years ago when our youngest son, Tomer, overheard us saying al dente (a term for perfectly cooked pasta). He thought it meant something truly delicious. So, every time we pulled fresh bakes from the oven or served a meal, he’d take a bite, light up with a big smile, and say:

"Mmm... this is so Dalante!"—always with his signature hand gesture.

The word stuck, and soon Dalante became our family’s way of describing food that’s made with love and tastes just right.
